Windows Vista Compatibility

EyeSim also runs under Windows XP and Windows Vista
without any problems.

However, the MinGW compiler version we are using has a
problem under Vista, not finding some of its components.
To fix this problem, we have amended the "run-sim.bat"
batch routine. Copy the "run-sim.bat" file in this directory
and replace the file with the same name in the EyeSim
distribution in directory:
 <prefix>\eyesim\bin\bat\
