Obtains the location of a cell in the grid in terms of its robot position. Performs the reverse function of "MAP_Pos". The robot position returned is the center of the cell.

Returns:
The position of the center of the cell
Parameters:
target - The position (PositionType) of the cell
index_ - The cell array index
