Obtains the array index for a particular grid cell. Given a particular robot position, returns the cell that represents the robot position.

Parameters:
temp - Current position of the robot
dist - Distance received from the PSD sensor
offset_ - The angle offset (Depends on which PSD used)
x - The array index
y - The array index
